ABOUT

Selina Reiterer is a Zürich based textile designer and researcher. Working between the fields of art and design her work focuses on creating textiles and conducting material research. Combining a curiosity for traditional textile techniques with new emerging technologies, her experimental approach allows her to explore a wide range of perspectives within contemporary textile and surface design. She studied at Berlin Weißensee School of Art and at ENSCI Les Ateliers, Paris. Recently she's been working at CAAD ETH-Zürich focussing on cross-disciplinary ideas, linking technology and aesthetic concepts with an emphasis on contemporary textile design.
